Baxa Property Services is a new concept in estate agency, established by experienced hands in the business. Quite simply, after 12 years of working with various traditional estate agents – and becoming increasingly frustrated with their way of doing business – we knew we could do better.
We are Real Estate Agent with building backgrounds.
We combined building services with real estate services, to give you a comprehensive one stop place for your property needs. From planning permits, sub division, to simply remodel your kitchen or bathrooms, or basic maintenance issues. We have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals both effectively and efficiently.
Our Building background started in 2002 working throughout Melbourne and in 2015 we establish our real estate agency in Lalor. We now have moved close to our homes in Maidstone, 8km north-west from Melbourne CBD.
